The Memory page: Documents and Events
Last updated: November 4, 2026
Available on: Mac and Windows, in the Wispr Flow hub.
Memory is a living set of documents written from the sources you connect — meetings, email and Slack — covering the people you meet, the projects you discuss and how you like things written. The Memory page is where you read, search and check them.
The Documents tab

The folder tree sits on the left; the document you open appears beside it.

People | One document per person you work with. |

Projects, Other | Appear only once they contain documents. |
Inside a document
Source chips: each line carries a chip naming the material it was written from, so you can tell where a claim came from.
History: open the History view to read earlier versions of the document and see how it changed.
Contact header: a person's document opens with their name, title · company, their email addresses (click to copy), how many meetings you've had and when you last met.
Find and refresh a document
Open Memory in the Wispr Flow hub.
Search from the box in the page header to jump to a document by name or content.
Select a folder in the tree, then a document, to read it beside the tree.
Refresh from the header after a meeting to pull in the newest documents.
Note: Memory is written from the sources you've connected. If a person or project is missing, check your connections in Settings → Connectors first.
