Growth plan: what's included and how to buy it
Last updated: November 6, 2026
Available on: Mac, Windows
Growth is Wispr Flow's self-serve business plan for teams; Enterprise is sales-led. Buy Growth after creating a team, or upgrade an eligible existing organization.
What Growth includes
Everything in Pro, plus:
Single sign-on: SAML SSO with multiple domains for one organization.
Admin and support: admin tools for members, departments and billing, priority support, individual usage reporting, and payment by card monthly or annually.
HIPAA-ready: with a signed BAA, covering dictation and Notetaker, enforced org-wide by an admin from the admin portal.
Privacy: model training is always off for your whole organization and cannot be re-enabled. See trust.wispr.ai for how Wispr handles customer data.
Choose Dictation and Notetaker for Unlimited Notetaker, or the lower-priced Dictation only, which excludes Notetaker features. Desktop's combined Growth & Enterprise tile uses Dictation-only pricing for its starting price and annual discount.
Enterprise has custom pricing for custom legal terms, invoicing or PO billing, free IT admin seats, a dedicated customer success manager, and separate Dictation and Notetaker purchases — talk to sales.
Before you buy
A team is required to complete checkout: open Settings > Team in Flow, or choose Manage team in the account menu. Only organization admins can compare plans and manage billing. Promo codes aren't available on team accounts or with an active subscription.
Buying Growth requires accepting the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Addendum (DPA), linked on the Growth card and during purchase. Creating an organization separately means agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Warning: If you've already used your team trial, add billing information within 24 hours of creating a new team or it will be disbanded. Disbanding immediately removes teams and memberships, releases domains, deletes pending invitations and join requests, and cancels live subscriptions without a refund.
Note: If you have an active subscription and a pending invitation to a team without billing information, desktop shows Accept/Decline instead of team creation. Accepting makes you an admin and uses your billing information for the team.
If you cannot create a team
Some domains need sales assistance: contact your sales or customer success representative, or contact sales if you don't have one.
Public or consumer domains are a separate restriction — you'll see "Cannot create organization with a public domain". A public email address can still create a team, without claiming its domain.
Team creation also fails for a blank name, a taken name, or an already-claimed domain.
Buy Growth
Prices are localized across 24 currencies; checkout uses your location's currency, or USD if it cannot be determined. Annual prices show the yearly total divided by 12 per user/month, and discount percentages round down. New portal checkouts charge for billable members plus pending billable invitations, with a one-seat minimum.
Note: An upgrade invoices immediately for the selected option and cycle in your subscription's existing currency. It keeps your seat count, credits unused paid time, and clears any scheduled cancellation.
Desktop: buy from the Growth & Enterprise tile
Free, Basic and eligible trial accounts show this tile when Growth pricing is available.
Open Wispr Flow's Settings > Plans and Billing.
Choose Monthly or Annual (the default).
Click Select plan on Growth & Enterprise.
Choose Dictation and unlimited Notetaker or Dictation only under Select bundle type:.
Click Upgrade. If Flow opens Settings > Team:
Create a team there.
Return to Plans and Billing.
Repeat your cycle and bundle selections, then click Upgrade.
Click Continue to Payment in Payment Summary to open Stripe checkout in your browser.
Complete checkout, accepting the MSA/DPA checkbox if shown. Payment Summary closes when the upgrade is detected; use Finished paying? Click to refresh if it doesn't.
Expanding the tile hides the cycle selector; Back restores it. You can also change Billing Cycle in Payment Summary, which shows seats, Subtotal and Billed Today for your selected bundle.
With trial time remaining, Billed Today is 0 and billing begins when the first member's trial ends; otherwise it begins at checkout. New members are billed after their trials: on your renewal cycle for Monthly plans, and monthly for Annual plans.
Admin portal: purchase or upgrade from Pro or Team
Admins can upgrade eligible Pro or legacy Team organizations on self-serve Stripe billing, not sales-led or Enterprise-tier billing.
Open Settings > Billing as an admin.
Choose Monthly or Annual if the selector is available.
Select Dictation and Notetaker (the default) or Dictation only on Growth.
Click Get started for a new purchase, or Upgrade for an eligible existing subscription.
Accept "I agree to the Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum" when prompted.
Complete checkout, or click Upgrade to Growth in the confirmation dialog.
First-time subscribers get Add billing information, then Continue to Payment opens Stripe; ended subscriptions go directly to checkout. Active or trialing subscriptions instead show Upgrade to Growth? with the selected plan and cycle.
An in-place upgrade changes the plan immediately, without checkout, and confirms "Successfully switched to Growth plan". Organizations with live billing cannot start a second Growth checkout. Portal plan changes also appear on desktop.
Admin portal: switch monthly billing to annual
Organizations on a self-serve monthly Team or Growth plan can move to annual billing themselves.
Open Settings > Billing as an admin.
Add a payment method first if you don't have one saved — the portal otherwise shows "Add a payment method before switching to annual billing."
Use the Save with Annual toggle and confirm.
The annual term is charged immediately, and your plan card updates to the annual price and term.
Billing restrictions
Cycle selection: Without an active or past-due subscription, either cycle is available. Switching to annual isn't supported for organizations with multiple billing groups, and annual-to-monthly changes aren't offered.
Existing Growth: You cannot switch bundles yourself. Active or past-due Growth keeps its rate and shows a read-only Current plan card without a price or bundle choice.
Adding Notetaker: Add Notetaker on Growth with Notetaker goes to sales for Unlimited Notetaker, including meeting notes, speaker identification, meeting questions and MCP access to notes.
Sales-led or legacy Enterprise: Organizations invoiced directly by sales manage billing through their sales or customer success representative, so the admin portal shows no Billing tab or Home billing card and the billing page redirects to Organization settings. Subscribed Enterprise-tier organizations on desktop keep older priced cards without Growth or Talk to sales, even on a lower-tier plan; contact sales to change your plan.
Missing prices: Growth purchase options require all four prices for your currency — both bundles, monthly and annual. Any missing price leaves the older cards without a Growth bundle picker.
Student plans: Student plans do not show the upgrade card, and Growth & Enterprise cannot be expanded.
Stripe billing portal: Manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation at period end there. Make plan changes in Flow, not Stripe's billing portal.
Important: With Payment Past Due, priced plan-card buttons become Update Payment and open Stripe's billing portal instead of upgrading. Update payment before the listed access-end date. A Subscription Cancelled notice means access continues until the listed end date.
Notetaker after purchase
Flow activates Notetaker for your organization after either Growth purchase option or an upgrade into Growth. If activation fails, the purchase still stands — use Enable Notetaker now when shown in the admin portal. This requires an admin and live Growth or Enterprise billing, and stays available to retry.
Buying Growth does not reverse an existing organization-wide Notetaker disable, and neither does Enable Notetaker now.
After a Dictation-only Growth checkout, desktop can offer free Notetaker through 31 October 2026 to organization admins with team features active and Notetaker not already disabled. The offer appears only during that window, and includes meeting transcriptions and AI summaries for any meeting type; access to notes and limited Notetaker access continues afterward.
Warning: Choose Accept free offer to keep it. Skip disables Notetaker for everyone in your organization, not just you, and affects only meetings created from then onward. Dismissing the offer with Escape or a backdrop click can have the same effect as Skip. A successful skip confirms "Notetaker disabled for everyone"; if you see "Couldn't disable Notetaker. You can do it anytime from your team settings.", Notetaker remains enabled.
Note: If your Growth-priced subscription is personal and you aren't part of a team or organization, Notetaker is fully available.
Still need help?
For "Couldn't start checkout. Try again.", retry; your plan is unchanged. For "Unable to load billing info. Please try again", retry Payment Summary. For "Unable to load pricing. Please refresh.", refresh — a failed pricing load disables purchasing.
Contact support with your platform, organization, the exact message, and the steps you tried if:
Pricing still fails after refreshing, or checkout cannot start after retrying.
A switch reports an unsupported plan, incomplete subscription information, unavailable pricing, or "Failed to switch plan". Rejections before processing leave your plan unchanged, but an organization with multiple subscriptions can be partly upgraded after a failure.
Opening billing reports "Failed to find your subscription. Please contact support." or Notetaker still shows "Coming soon" after purchase.
