Growth plan: what's included and how to buy it
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Available on: Mac, Windows
Growth is Wispr Flow’s self-serve business tier; Enterprise is sales-led. For teams choosing Growth, the purchase path depends on whether you’re creating a team or upgrading an existing organization.
What Growth includes
Get everything in Pro, plus:
Single sign-on (SSO) with SAML and multiple domains for one organization.
Org-wide HIPAA enforcement with a signed BAA and admin control over model training for your whole team.
Admin tools for members, departments, and billing; individual usage reporting is also listed on desktop.
Priority support and payment by card, monthly or annual.
In the admin portal, selecting Dictation and Notetaker adds Unlimited Notetaker to the purchase card at the higher price; Dictation only removes it and lowers the price. Desktop presents this choice below the card, not in its feature list.
When you need Enterprise instead
Enterprise includes everything in Growth, plus:
Free IT admin seats and a dedicated customer success manager.
User provisioning (SCIM), audit logs, and managed deployment (MDM).
Domain capture to require everyone on your domain to join, and controls to block dictation in chosen apps.
Custom commercial and legal terms, invoicing, and PO billing.
The desktop Enterprise card also lists premium support, model training locked off across your organization and enforced in your MSA and DPA, and separate Dictation and Notetaker purchases.
Enterprise has custom pricing. Desktop Contact sales and billing Contact us links, and the portal’s Talk to sales button, open the sales page.
Buy Growth
Checkout requires a team. Comparing plans and managing billing in the admin portal requires an organization admin; non-admins cannot view its plan cards.
Note: Growth purchase cards require available prices for both options in both billing cycles. Otherwise, desktop retains the older Enterprise tile with Create a team or, for a trialing team without billing information, Upgrade to Enterprise. The portal retains its older Pro/Team/Enterprise cards, without Growth or an option picker.
Some domains require sales assistance instead of completing team creation. Contact your sales or customer success representative, or contact sales if you don’t have one. Public/consumer domains are a separate restriction: the portal reports “Cannot create organization with a public domain”.
Warning: If you’ve already used your team trial, add billing information within 24 hours of creating a new team or it will be disbanded.
Desktop: buy from the Growth & Enterprise tile
Free/Basic and trial accounts see the combined tile. Its benefits span both tiers; expand it for the tier-specific lists. Its starting price and annual discount refer to Dictation only, not the bundle.
Open Wispr Flow’s Settings > Plans and Billing.
Choose Monthly or Annual before expanding the tile; Annual is the default.
Click Select plan on Growth & Enterprise.
Choose Dictation and unlimited Notetaker or Dictation only under Select bundle type:.
Click Upgrade.
Create a team if Flow sends you to Settings > Team.
Return to Plans and Billing after team creation and repeat your purchase selections.
Complete Payment Summary to pay by card with your selected option and cycle.
No option is preselected: the price stays -- and Upgrade stays disabled until you choose. Changing options updates the price. Expanded cards retain your billing cycle but hide its selector and discount badge; use the back chevron to change cycles.
Individual Pro users outside a team see Use Flow with your team instead. Existing teams below Growth use Upgrade on Upgrade to Flow Growth or Enterprise to open portal billing; Growth customers use Manage billing. Portal plan changes appear back in desktop.
Admin portal: purchase or upgrade from Pro or Team
Admins can upgrade eligible organizations paying by card for Pro or legacy Team. A legacy Team subscription appears as a price-hidden Pro card marked Current plan.
An upgrade invoices immediately at the selected Growth option and cycle in your existing subscription’s currency, keeps your seat count, credits unused paid time, and clears any scheduled cancellation. New portal checkouts default to 3 seats. Annual prices are shown per user/month as the annual total divided by 12.
Open Settings > Billing as an admin.
Choose Monthly or Annual if the selector is available.
Select Dictation and Notetaker (the default) or Dictation only on Growth.
Click Get started for a new purchase or Upgrade for an eligible existing subscription.
Complete billing details or checkout if prompted.
First-time subscribers get a billing-information form; subscriptions that have ended go to Stripe checkout. Active or trialing Pro/Team subscriptions switch in place without new checkout and confirm “Successfully switched to Growth plan”.
Billing restrictions
Cycle changes: The portal offers monthly-to-annual changes, not annual-to-monthly; the selector appears for monthly or unsubscribed organizations, except existing Growth customers.
Existing Growth: Self-serve option switching is unavailable. The read-only Current plan card has no price, option/cycle selector, or Unlimited Notetaker bullet; use Talk to sales.
Sales-led or unclassified legacy Enterprise: Older priced cards and applicable cycle controls remain, without Growth or Talk to sales. Sales-led restrictions apply even on a lower-tier plan; contact sales to change it.
Warning: An annual-to-monthly Growth change resets the billing cycle immediately without credit for unused prepaid time. The upgrade credit described above does not apply to this direction.
Important: With Payment Past Due, every plan-card action becomes Update Payment and opens Stripe’s billing portal instead of switching plans. Update your payment method before the listed access-end date. A Subscription Cancelled notice means access continues until its listed end date.
Notetaker after purchase
Flow attempts to activate Notetaker when you first buy either Growth option or upgrade into Growth. Activation can fail without undoing the purchase, and buying Growth does not reverse an existing organization-wide Notetaker disable.
After a Dictation-only Growth checkout, desktop can offer free Notetaker through 31 October 2026 to organization admins with team features active and Notetaker not already disabled. The offer is only shown during that window; access to notes and limited Notetaker access continues afterward.
Important: Choose Accept free offer to keep the offer. Skip disables Notetaker for everyone in your organization, not just you. Only meetings created from then onward are affected; existing meetings are unaffected.
Successful skipping confirms “Notetaker disabled for everyone”. If you see “Couldn't disable Notetaker. You can do it anytime from your team settings.”, Notetaker remains enabled.
If Notetaker controls are available in organization settings, an admin can choose Disabled for everyone and confirm, or Enabled for everyone to reverse a disable. For failed activation, use Enable Notetaker now if shown; that action does not override an organization-wide disable. These controls are not available to every organization.
Still need help?
Contact support with your platform, organization, exact message, and steps tried if:
“Unable to load pricing. Please refresh.” remains after refreshing; purchasing is disabled while pricing is unavailable.
A switch reports an unsupported plan, incomplete subscription information, unavailable option/cycle/currency pricing, or “Failed to switch plan”. Rejections before processing leave the plan unchanged, but organizations with multiple subscriptions can be partly upgraded after a failure.
Opening billing reports “Failed to find your subscription. Please contact support.”
Notetaker still shows “Coming soon” after purchase, or the organization controls needed to enable or disable it are missing.
