Snooze orb pills and use zen mode

If your Orb list is crowded with pills you can't act on yet, snooze them until a time you choose and hide everything except the few you're working on. Snoozed pills come back on their own.

Snooze a pill

1. Right-click the pill to open its snooze card.

2. Pick a preset — 20 minutes, 1 hour, tomorrow morning, or next week — or type or dictate a time such as "friday at 10" and confirm.

The pill leaves the active list once it's snoozed. If the time can't be understood, the card shows an error so you can try different wording. Press Escape to close the card without snoozing.

Find and manage snoozed pills

Snoozed pills collapse into an "N snoozed" footer below the list. Expand it, then:

• Click a row to open its scratchpad; the pill stays snoozed until its scheduled time.

• Right-click a row to reschedule it to a new time.

• Drag a row up into the list to bring it back right away, at the position where you drop it.

When a pill is due

Due pills return to the top of the list on their own, with a notification and a brief pulse. If several come due together, you get one combined "N pills are back" notification.

Voice commands

Hold your dictation key and speak to snooze, recall, or create pills without using the menus.

Zen mode

Zen mode hides every pill except the few at the top of your list.

• Turn it on by voice: say "enter zen mode, focus on the first 4".

• Turn it on by mouse: right-click the Orb handle to focus the top 4 pills.

• Turn it off: say "exit", or right-click the handle again to restore everything.
