Expired "Set Your Password" Link (Enterprise Onboarding)

Last updated: August 4, 2026

Available on: Mac, Windows, iOS, Android

If your "Set your password" link from Wispr Flow says it's expired, won't load, or takes you to an error page — this guide will help you get a fresh link and finish setting up your account in under 2 minutes.

Note: This only applies to accounts created with email and password sign-in. If your organization uses SSO (Google, Apple, or Microsoft), sign in through that provider instead.

Quick checks

  • Are you using the right email? Make sure you're using the same email address your organization used to add you to Wispr Flow.

  • Was the link sent more than 2 hours ago? Password setup links expire after 2 hours. If so, follow the steps below to generate a new one.

  • Does your organization use SSO? If you sign in with Google, Apple, or Microsoft, you don't need a password link — go to wisprflow.ai/login and sign in with your provider.

How to fix it

Generate a fresh link using the standard password reset flow:

  1. Go to wisprflow.ai/login in your browser.

  2. Click Forgot password? below the sign-in fields.

  3. Enter the email address your organization used to add you to Wispr Flow.

  4. Check your email for a password reset message from Wispr Flow. Look in your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a minute.

  5. Click Reset my password in the email.

  6. Create your new password (at least 8 characters), then sign in.

Important: The reset link also expires after 2 hours, so use it promptly.

After signing in, you should see the Flow bar on your screen. Dictate a short phrase to confirm everything is working.

Tip: You can also tap Forgot password? from the sign-in screen in the Flow mobile app (iOS or Android) to request a fresh reset link.

FAQs

Why did my original link expire?

For security, password setup links are only valid for 2 hours. If your organization added many users at once, the link may have expired before you had a chance to use it.

Do I need to contact my admin for a new link?

No. You can generate a new link yourself by clicking Forgot password? on the sign-in page. No action is needed from your admin.

Does this apply to SSO or social sign-in (Google, Apple, Microsoft)?

No. This only applies to accounts set up with email and password. If your organization uses SSO or a social provider, sign in through that provider instead.
