Notetaker notices on your calendar events

Connect Google Calendar to Wispr Flow so the Notetaker can work with the Google Calendar events you organize.

How to set it up

  1. Open Wispr Flow and go to Settings.

  2. Select the Notetaker tab.

  3. Connect Google Calendar if prompted — click the prompt and select Select all in the Connectors screen to grant write access.

Note: This setting syncs across your devices and persists after restarting the app.

Key behaviors

  • Recording is never blocked: If a calendar update can't be applied, your recording continues normally.

FAQs

Why is Flow asking me to reconnect Google Calendar?

Your current connection lacks the write access Flow requires. Go to Connectors and click Select all when authorizing.

Can I use this if I'm on an Enterprise plan?

No. Notetaker is not yet available for Enterprise organizations.

Limitations and notes

  • Windows is not supported.

  • Only Google Calendar is supported — Outlook Calendar is not.

  • Write access to Google Calendar is required; Flow prompts you to reconnect via Connectors if it's missing.

  • Notetaker is not available for Enterprise organizations.
