Notetaker notices on your calendar events
Available on: Mac (Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar)
Connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar so the Notetaker can see your events. Setup takes three steps and requires write access to your calendar.
How to set it up
Open Wispr Flow and click Settings.
Select the Notetaker tab.
Connect your calendar when prompted, then click Select all in the Connectors screen to grant write access.
Your calendar then shows as connected in the Notetaker tab. The connection syncs across your devices and persists after restarting the app.
Note: Calendar providers your organization has disabled don't appear anywhere in the app. Contact your Wispr Flow administrator if a provider you need is missing.
FAQs
Why is Flow asking me to reconnect my calendar?
Your connection lacks the write access Flow requires. Go to Settings → Connectors and click Select all when authorizing.
Does an admin policy change require a restart?
No. Flow refreshes connector availability when you open the Connectors settings page or bring the app window into focus. Re-enabling a provider restores your existing connection without a new sign-in.
My admin disabled a calendar I was already connected to. What happens?
A live connection stays visible in Settings → Connectors with a Disconnect option, so you can always revoke your own access.
Limitations and notes
Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar are supported on Mac. Windows is not supported.
Write access to your calendar is required; Flow prompts you to reconnect via Connectors if it's missing.
Calendar providers disabled by your organization are hidden across the app, including onboarding. If all providers are disabled, onboarding skips the calendar connection step.
