Submit support tickets, follow feature requests, and track everything you've sent to the Wispr Flow team, all in one place. The Customer Support Portal gives you a single view of your open issues and the ideas you've shared.


What it is

The Customer Support Portal is a web-based hub for your interactions with Wispr Flow support. It's organized into three tabs:

  • Issues: your support tickets and their current status.

  • Feature requests: ideas you've shared, and whether they're open or shipped.

  • Members: the people associated with your account.

The top navigation also links to the Wispr Help Center and Trust Center, and includes language and light/dark theme controls.


When to use it

Use the portal when you want to:

  • Submit a new support ticket and track its progress.

  • Check whether a feature you've requested has shipped.

  • Review the history of past issues and requests tied to your account.


How it works in Flow

Overview

Sign in at support.wisprflow.ai to reach the portal. From there, switch between Issues, Feature requests, and Members using the top tabs.

Key behaviors

  • Issues: lists your support tickets grouped by status. Each ticket shows its issue number, requester, title, priority, category, and creation date.

  • Filters: narrow the Issues list by Date, Requester, Issue Status, Issue Source, Priority, and Issue Category.

  • Feature requests: grouped as Open or Shipped, with a "First mentioned" date showing when each was first raised.

  • Members: shows the people associated with your account.


How to submit and track a ticket

  1. Go to support.wisprflow.ai and sign in.

  2. Open the Issues tab.

  3. Click Create Ticket in the top right.

  4. Fill in the details of your request and submit.

  5. Return to the Issues tab any time to see the ticket's current status. There's no need to wait for an email update.

Tip: To follow ideas you've shared, switch to the Feature requests tab and check whether each item is Open or Shipped.
