Find Your Hide My Email Addresses on iPhone
Last updated: April 12, 2026
Available on: iOS
If you signed up for Wispr Flow using Sign in with Apple, your account may use a private relay address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. Here's how to find it in under a minute.
How to find your Hide My Email address
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your name at the top (your Apple ID).
Tap Sign-In & Security.
Tap Hide My Email.
Find Wispr Flow in the list and tap it.
Your relay address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) appears along with when it was created and where emails forward to. This is your Wispr Flow account email.
Tip: You can also find your account email in the Wispr Flow app. Open Flow, tap the menu, then tap Account. Your relay email appears below your name.
Note: Your account email is read-only and cannot be changed directly. You can edit your first and last name by tapping your name or avatar on the Account screen. Tap "Report an Issue" on the Account screen to contact support if you need to change your account email.
FAQs
How do I use this email with Wispr support?
When contacting support, use the relay address you found above. This is the email linked to your Wispr Flow account, so our team can look up your subscription and help you faster.
Can I turn off forwarding for a specific address?
Yes. Tap the address in Hide My Email settings, then toggle off "Forward To" to stop receiving emails from that service. You can also tap "Deactivate Email Address" to stop it entirely. These options may vary by iOS version.
What if I don't see Hide My Email?
Hide My Email requires an iCloud+ subscription or Apple One membership. If you don't have either, this option won't appear in Settings.
Can I switch to my real email instead?
Wispr Flow accounts are tied to the email used during sign-up. To use your real email, create a new account using Sign in with Apple (choosing to share your real email), Google, Microsoft, SSO, or email/password. On the iOS sign-in screen, Google and Apple appear by default — tap "More Options" to see Microsoft, SSO, and email/password. Contact support if you need help transferring your subscription.
What if I get an SSO required error?
If your organization enforces Single Sign-On (SSO), only SSO works — Sign in with Apple, Google, Microsoft, or email/password won't be available. Use your organization's SSO login, or use an email address not associated with your organization's domain. Contact your administrator if you need help.
Will referral links work with Hide My Email?
Referral links sent to your real email won't connect to a Hide My Email account because referral matching uses the exact email address. To ensure referrals work, use your real email or Sign in with Google when signing up. If you've already signed up with Hide My Email, you can apply a referral code directly in the app. Contact support if you need further help.
I see an error saying my Apple ID subscription is linked to a different account
When restoring a purchase on iOS, this alert means the App Store subscription on your Apple ID was originally activated under a different Wispr Flow account. Sign in with the account you used when you first subscribed. Use the steps above to find your Hide My Email address if you're not sure which email that was. Tap "Report an Issue" on the Account screen if you still need help.
