Find Your Hide My Email Addresses on iPhone
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Available on: iOS
If you signed up for Wispr Flow with Sign in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, your account email ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com. This guide shows you how to find it in under a minute.
How to find your Hide My Email address
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your name at the top to open your Apple ID.
Tap Sign-In & Security.
Tap Hide My Email.
Find Wispr Flow in the list and tap it. Your relay address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) appears along with the date it was created and the address it forwards to. This is your Wispr Flow account email.
Tip: You can also find your account email inside Wispr Flow. Open Flow, tap the menu, then tap Account. Your account email appears just below your name. If you have a paid subscription, your plan name appears next to it, separated by a bullet (•).
Note: Your account email is read-only and cannot be changed directly. To request help with account changes, open the Flow menu, tap Talk to Support, choose the Report an Issue tab, and select Account Management as the category. Describe your request in the message field.
FAQs
How do I use this email with Wispr support?
Share the relay address you found above when contacting support. It's the email linked to your Wispr Flow account, so our team can look up your subscription and help you faster.
What if I don't see Hide My Email?
Hide My Email requires an iCloud+ subscription or Apple One membership. Without either, this option won't appear in Settings.
Can I turn off forwarding for a specific address?
Yes. Tap the address in Hide My Email settings, then toggle off Forward To to stop receiving emails from that service. You can also tap Deactivate Email Address to stop it entirely. These options may vary by iOS version.
Can I switch to my real email instead?
Wispr Flow accounts are tied to the email used at sign-up. To use your real email, create a new account with Sign in with Apple (and choose to share your real email when iOS prompts you), Google, Microsoft, SSO, or email/password. On the iOS sign-in screen, Google and Apple appear by default — tap More Options to see Microsoft, SSO, and email/password. SSO is only usable if your organization has enterprise SSO configured. Contact support if you need help transferring your subscription.
Will referral links work with Hide My Email?
Referral matching uses the exact email address, so an invitation sent to your real email won't connect to a @privaterelay.appleid.com account. Use your real email when signing up to make sure referrals apply. If a referral didn't apply to an existing Hide My Email account, contact support.
What if I see an SSO required error?
If your organization enforces SSO, non-SSO sign-in attempts will be rejected with a message like "Your organization requires SSO login." To sign in, tap More Options → Continue with SSO on the iOS sign-in screen, or contact your administrator if you're unsure whether your organization uses SSO.
I see an error saying my Apple ID subscription is linked to a different account
This alert, titled Subscription Linked to Another Account, appears when restoring a purchase on iOS if the App Store subscription on your Apple ID was originally activated under a different Wispr Flow account. The message asks you to sign in with the account that originally purchased the subscription, or to contact support.
Tap OK to dismiss the alert, then close the paywall screen manually before signing out or contacting support. Sign in with your original account, or email support. Use the steps above to find your Hide My Email address if you're not sure which email that was.
Still stuck?
Reach out to support if:
You can't find Wispr Flow in your Hide My Email list but know you signed up with Apple.
You need to transfer your subscription to a different email.
A referral didn't apply to your account.
To contact support, open Flow, tap the menu, then tap Talk to Support. On the Report an Issue tab, select Account Management, then include your relay address and a brief description of what you tried. Most account issues are resolved in one reply.
