Sign up for Flow Growth
Last updated: September 19, 2026
Available on: Web admin portal, Mac and Windows for signup. iOS displays Growth but has no in-app Growth purchase option. Admin and billing controls: admin.wisprflow.ai.
Flow Growth is the self-serve business plan for teams. Create a team or upgrade an existing one, then confirm Growth in Billing.
Before you start
Only admins can view or change team billing.
Option | Monthly, USD per seat | Annual, USD per seat |
Dictation only | $23 | $216 ($18/month) |
Dictation and unlimited Notetaker | $33 | $312 ($26/month) |
Growth includes Pro, SAML SSO, multiple domains, org-wide model-training controls, HIPAA enforcement with a signed BAA, admin tools, individual usage reporting and priority support.
SCIM, managed deployment (MDM), audit logs, free IT admin seats and PO billing require sales-led Flow Enterprise.
Checkout currency follows your location, not your billing address. Local list prices cover 24 currencies, not USD conversions; unresolved locations or unsupported currencies use USD.
Annual savings vary by currency and option. Desktop's rounded-down percentage appears only for Annual; the portal shows no percentage.
Self-serve Flow Growth checkout is credit card only. Invoice / Net-30 billing is available only on sales-assisted Enterprise agreements — contact sales at wisprflow.ai/talk-to-sales.
Create your team
Existing teams can skip to billing. Each account belongs to one organization; creators become Admins in its General team.
No corporate domain is required. Webmail domains/subdomains, .gov, .mil, .edu, .int, .ac.in, country variants and many university domains cannot be attached; create an independent team without domain grouping instead. Limited .edu/.gov exceptions do not override university restrictions; contact sales if yours may qualify.
Sales-reserved email domains block even independent team creation. Follow the banner to your sales or customer success representative, or contact sales.
Creating a team grants a 14-day trial if you have no active subscription, have never used a team trial and the organization allows trials. Longer existing trials are preserved; an organization's pilot end date can replace 14 days.
Warning: Already used your team trial? A new team without live billing gives you 24 hours of Flow Pro to add billing before disbanding.
Disbanding removes members, pending invitations and join requests, releases domains, and cancels live subscriptions immediately without refund unless period-end cancellation was scheduled; configuration is retained.
After trial expiry, admins receive a grace-period email. Members are removed after that grace period; empty teams are disbanded.
Eligible domains prefill an editable team name; subdomain or ineligible domains leave it blank.
Note: With a pending invitation to another team, the Create Team screen is replaced by an accept/decline card.
Sign in at admin.wisprflow.ai with the account that will own the workspace and billing.
Enter invitation emails, or leave them blank.
Click Continue.
Enter or edit the Team name.
Review auto-add using the details below.
Click Create.
Control automatic membership
With an eligible attached domain, auto-add defaults on: Automatically add new users with a {orgDomain} email to my team on web; Auto-add all future @{domain} users on desktop.
With live billing, eligible domain signups join automatically and use a seat. Without it, personal subscribers receive invitations; nonsubscribers join only if still eligible for a team trial.
Auto-add excludes directory-managed membership, removed domains, revoked sales-led pilots, users already in organizations or removed by admins, and teams whose previous billing is no longer live.
For manual seat control, clear the checkbox before creation. Afterwards, the control is in web Settings → Organization: Automatically add new users with a company email to the enterprise plan, not desktop Team settings.
Choose Growth and pay
Growth purchase cards require both options' monthly and annual prices in your currency; otherwise older cards appear.
Active or trialing Pro and legacy Team organizations outside sales-led Enterprise use Upgrade to switch in place, without checkout. Live-billed teams cannot start a second subscription.
Open Settings → Billing in the admin portal.
Select your option on the Growth card.
Choose Monthly or Annual, when available.
Click the Growth card's purchase button, or Upgrade for an eligible existing team.
Review the seat count, first billing date and amount if checkout opens.
Click Continue to Payment if Add billing information opens.
Complete Stripe checkout if prompted.
Annual subscribers cannot switch to monthly here. Subscribed Growth teams have no cycle toggle or new price quote; they keep their rate.
Checkout for adding billing information counts active billable members plus pending billable invitations, minimum one seat, including when it opens Stripe directly instead of the Add billing information modal. Checkout that does not add billing information has a five-seat minimum. Stripe checkout cannot change seat quantity; promotion codes and tax IDs are supported.
With a remaining trial, pay $0 today, then when the first member's trial ends. Otherwise, billing starts immediately: “Billed today.” Billing renews automatically on your selected term.
Confirm Growth in Billing or desktop Plans and Billing. Desktop's Manage billing returns to the portal.
Stripe's billing portal handles payment methods, invoices and period-end cancellation—not plan changes.
Start from the desktop app
Existing teams below Growth see this upgrade card. Solo non-student Pro users see Invite teammates; Growth buyers must create a team first. Desktop creation requires Flow Pro via Stripe.
Open Flow Settings → Account → Plans and Billing.
Click Upgrade on the Upgrade to Flow Growth or Enterprise card.
Follow the billing steps above in your browser.
Expand Growth & Enterprise for separate tier details; select an option to reveal its price.
If signup does not finish
The portal does not show team creation
Without a team, the wizard opens automatically unless a rejoin path or existing-domain team applies. An existing-domain team offers Request to join team.
Warning: On desktop, active personal Pro subscribers see this warning in Settings → Team before requesting to join: “If this team does not have billing when you join, you will become the payer for the team.”
If web creation finds existing membership, “You're already on a team. Redirecting...” opens your workspace. Only a failed reload in this path shows “Failed to load your team. Please try again.”
Rejoin your previous team
Rejoining requires a previous active team without live billing, a used team trial, no current organization membership and no admin removal.
Warning: Rejoining makes you an Admin. Add billing within 24 hours or you'll be removed.
Click Rejoin team if offered in portal Get Started or desktop Settings → Team.
Add billing using the steps above.
Payment or plan status needs attention
Past-due and scheduled-cancellation warnings show access end dates.
Click Update Payment for a past-due subscription to open Stripe's billing portal, not checkout.
Update the payment method.
If desktop checkout stays open after payment:
Click Finished paying? Click to refresh.
Check for Growth in Plans and Billing.
If unchanged, the modal stays open for another refresh.
Still stuck?
Contact support with your platform, email domain, plan, stopped step and attempted fixes if:
Team creation fails and you're not sure whether your domain is blocked or reserved for sales.
Checkout completes but your plan still shows the old tier, or you see “Failed to find your subscription. Please contact support.”
An invite link returns an error your admin can't resolve.
“Failed to load your team. Please try again.” persists after retrying.
