Teammates Added daily digest email for Enterprise admins

The Teammates Added digest emails you once a day when new people join your team space, so you can confirm seat changes without asking anyone. It's on by default, and you can switch it off for yourself.

When it's sent

  • Once a day, covering the previous day's joins.

  • Only when someone joined during that window — no joins, no email.

  • To every admin who hasn't switched it off.

What's in the email

  • Your team name and domain.

  • How many people were added, plus their names and email addresses. Members without a first name appear as an email address only.

  • Whether domain auto-add is currently enabled.

  • Everyone who joined in the window, however they were added: domain auto-add, directory provisioning, or an invite link.

How to turn it off

The setting is per admin, so switching it off affects only your own email.

  1. Open the admin portal at admin.wisprflow.ai and go to Settings.

  2. Select the Personal tab and find the Your information section.

  3. Toggle off New teammate notices. An 'Email preferences updated' toast confirms the change; toggle it back on at any time.

Note: The toggle covers only the daily digest. If you personally invite teammates, you'll still get the immediate 'next steps' email about those invites — that one can't be turned off here.

FAQs

I don't see the New teammate notices toggle.

It's shown only to team admins. Members don't receive this digest.

Does turning it off stop my other Wispr Flow emails?

No — only this digest. Billing and other transactional emails can't be disabled. Marketing emails, such as the Flow State summary, have their own unsubscribe link.

What if a very large number of people joined at once?

The email lists a limited number of people, but the headline count always reflects the true total.

Is there another way to review who joined?

Yes. The Events tab under Audit Logs records members added, removed, and join requests approved or rejected, whether or not the digest is on. Filter by date range, event type, and the admin who acted or the member affected.

There is no CSV or JSON download.

  • You've switched off New teammate notices and are still receiving the digest.

  • You're an admin but the toggle doesn't appear in Settings.

  • The people listed in the digest don't match the admin portal.

  • You never receive the digest as an admin — first confirm the email address on your admin account is valid.

Include your account email, your team domain, and the date of the digest. Most digest questions are resolved in one reply.
