Teammates Added daily digest email for Enterprise admins

Last updated: August 6, 2026

Available on: Mac (Enterprise plan, admins only)

Enterprise admins get a daily email listing everyone who joined the team in the past 24 hours, so you can track seat and billing changes without opening the admin portal.

What it is

The Teammates Added digest is a once-daily email to Enterprise admins listing every new team member added in the previous 24 hours, whether they joined through domain auto-add, SCIM provisioning, or an invite link.

Each digest shows your team name and domain, the total count of members added, each new member's name and email address, and whether domain auto-add is currently enabled for your organization.

When to use it

Use the digest when you want to:

  • Track seat changes without checking the admin portal each day

  • Catch unexpected additions before they appear on your next billing cycle

  • Keep a record of when specific teammates joined

You don't need it if your team size rarely changes and you prefer to review membership directly in the admin portal.

How it works

  • Send time: One email each morning (UTC), and only on days when at least one member joined.

  • All join methods covered: New members appear whether they were added by domain auto-add, SCIM provisioning, or a manual invite link.

  • Domain auto-add status: The email shows whether domain auto-add is on or off. SCIM-managed organizations always show it as off, which is the correct state.

  • Per-admin preference: Each admin controls their own subscription; opting out does not affect other admins or any billing emails.

  • No duplicate sends: At most one digest per day, even if multiple batches of members are processed.

How to manage your digest preference

  1. Open the Wispr Flow admin portal.

  2. Go to Settings, then select the Notifications tab.

  3. Toggle the Teammates Added digest on or off. The change takes effect with the next scheduled send.

Note: This Notifications tab is in the admin portal Settings, not the Wispr Flow desktop app settings.

FAQs

Will I get an email on days when no one joins?

No. The digest is sent only on days when at least one new member was added in the previous 24 hours.

Does opting out affect my billing emails?

No. Opting out stops only the Teammates Added digest. All billing-related emails continue as normal.

Our organization uses SCIM. Why does the email show domain auto-add as off?

When your organization is managed via SCIM, domain auto-add is disabled by design. The digest reflects that state correctly.

Can I control the digest for all admins at once?

No. Each admin sets their own preference from the Notifications tab in the admin portal Settings.

Limitations and notes

  • This feature is available to Enterprise plan admins only, not to standard or Pro plan users.

  • The digest covers the 24-hour window before the daily send. Members added after the cutoff appear in the following day's email.
