Sign up for Flow Growth
Last updated: September 9, 2026
Available on: Mac, Windows, iOS, Android. Admin and billing controls are managed at admin.wisprflow.ai.
Flow Growth is the self-serve business plan. Set it up from the admin portal or the desktop app, or join a team you've been invited to. Most teams finish in under 10 minutes.

Price |
What you get |
Flow Growth |
$23 per user/month, or $18 per user/month billed annually |
Everything in Pro plus SAML SSO, SCIM, multiple domains, org-wide training controls, HIPAA with signed BAA, usage analytics, and prioritized support. |
Important: A corporate email domain is required. Teams cannot be created with public providers (e.g., gmail.com, yahoo.com) or with .gov, .mil, .edu, or .int domains; a narrow allowlist of specific .edu and .gov domains is supported, so contact sales if yours may qualify. Users on blocked domains can still create an independent team, the restriction only prevents grouping colleagues by shared email domain.
Note: Prices are US dollar list rates. Your billing country's currency applies at checkout, and volume pricing is available, so your final per-seat price may differ.
If team creation doesn't start
Domains reserved for sales-assisted onboarding fail with a banner pointing to wisprflow.ai/talk-to-sales. Contact your sales or customer success representative to get started.
If you already belong to an enterprise or team, the create-team form shows "You're already on a team. Redirecting…" and routes you into your existing admin app. If your team can't be loaded, you'll see "Failed to load your team. Please try again."
How to sign up
Via the admin portal
Sets up billing, invites, and team settings from the web.
Go to admin.wisprflow.ai and sign in with the account that will own the workspace and billing.
Open Account → Team in the sidebar.
Follow the wizard: add members, name your team, confirm. The name is pre-filled from your verified email domain and is editable; the Members step can be submitted empty.
Invite other users on your domain from the list shown, capped at 500 users.
Check Auto-add all future @domain users so future domain signups join automatically and add a seat. Checked by default; appears only with a verified private domain.
Click Settings → Billing, select the Flow Business card, choose monthly or annual billing, and complete the payment form. Annual discounts: 21% off the Growth bundle, 20% off Pro, 13% off dictation-only.
You're done when Billing shows your Flow Business plan; members see the new features on their next app sync.
Note: With a pending invitation to another team, the Create Team screen is replaced by an accept/decline card.
Via the desktop app
Starts the upgrade from inside Wispr Flow.
Open Wispr Flow and go to Account → Plans & Billing in the sidebar.
Click Upgrade on the Upgrade to Flow Growth or Enterprise card, which opens the admin portal billing page.
Complete checkout for Growth.
You're done when Plans & Billing shows your plan status, labeled Growth.
Note: Creating a team, during onboarding or later from Settings, grants the creator a 14-day team trial if they haven't used one before.
Upgrade an existing team
Use this path if your team already exists on a trial or another plan.
Go to admin.wisprflow.ai and sign in.
Click Settings → Plans and Billing.
Select the Flow Business card, choose monthly or annual billing, and complete the payment flow.
Your plan updates on the admin portal billing page.
Join via a team invite link
An invite link from a team admin lets you join directly, with no email invitation.
Click the invite link shared by your admin.
Sign in to Wispr Flow, or sign up if you don't have an account.
Invite-link joiners always get the Member role. The team name appears in your Flow sidebar once you're in.
Invite teammates during onboarding
Onboarding ends with an Invite Team screen where you can invite teammates or skip.
FAQs
What is the difference between the "Growth" and "Enterprise" plan labels?
The label reflects how your plan was purchased. Self-serve Business organizations are labeled Growth; organizations set up through Wispr's sales team are labeled Enterprise. Solo users on Pro see Pro.
How do I generate an invite link to share with new team members?
Any admin can copy a shareable invite link from Settings → Team in the desktop app or the admin portal Team page. Regular members cannot see this link.
When will my credit card be charged?
The checkout summary shows your first billing date and amount. If your trial has ended, billing starts immediately and the screen shows "Billed today." If your trial is active, you pay $0 today and are charged on the trial end date. Billing then continues automatically on the term you selected.
Can I pay by bank transfer instead of credit card?
Yes. Teams in select EU countries (Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Spain, Ireland) can use bank transfer or invoice payment.
If I enable auto-add, will every new signup from my domain add a paid seat?
Yes. Disable Auto-add all future @domain users any time in Settings → Team to control seat growth manually.
Can I rejoin a team I left?
Go to Settings → Team; if a Rejoin card appears, click it. Rejoining is only offered if the team is still active without billing set up and you weren't removed by an admin.
How does the shared team dictionary work?
Team plans include a shared dictionary that applies to all members automatically during transcription, including word replacements.
It requires an active or trialing Team/Business subscription plus enterprise membership; canceled, past-due, paused, incomplete, or unpaid subscriptions turn it off, and Pro or Student plans never qualify. Losing eligibility through logout or a plan change purges all shared team words from the local dictionary.
Duplicate checks span vocabulary words and snippets, and the same word can exist in both your personal and team dictionaries. On iOS, the shared list shows plain vocabulary words only, deleted items, snippets, and entries with a replacement value are excluded. Android excludes snippets from both personal and team syncs and caches plan and enterprise status with your sign-in state, so a mid-session upgrade or downgrade may not appear until you sign out and back in or your session refreshes.
Tip: Bulk import is experimental. Enable it in Settings → Experimental → Bulk Import, then use CSV for dictionary words and JSON for snippets.
What if I need Zero Data Retention, MDM, or audit logs?
Those are Flow Enterprise features. See Sign up for Flow Enterprise, or contact sales at wisprflow.ai/talk-to-sales.
Still stuck?
Contact support with your email domain, plan, and the step where you stopped if:
Team creation fails and you're not sure whether your domain is blocked or reserved for sales.
Checkout completes but your plan still shows the old tier.
An invite link returns an error your admin can't resolve.
"Failed to load your team. Please try again." persists after retrying.
