Sign up for Flow Growth

Available on: Web admin portal, Mac, Windows and iOS. Buying Growth happens in the web admin portal; desktop Team settings are available on Mac and Windows.

Flow Growth is the self-serve business plan for teams. Create a team or upgrade an existing one, then confirm Growth in Billing at admin.wisprflow.ai.

Before you start

Only admins can view or change team billing. Growth is billed as one team, per seat, by card.

Option

Monthly, USD per seat

Annual, USD per seat

Dictation only

$23

$216 ($18/month)

Dictation and unlimited Notetaker

$33

$312 ($26/month)

Annual plans charge the full yearly amount per seat at once; the monthly equivalents are not monthly payments.

Checkout currency follows your detected location, not your billing address. Prices cover 24 currencies at whole local amounts, not USD conversions; unresolved locations and unsupported currencies are charged in USD.

Note: Self-serve Growth checkout takes credit cards only. Invoice or Net-30 billing is available on sales-assisted Enterprise agreements — contact sales.

Create your team

Existing teams can skip to billing. Each account belongs to one organization; the creator becomes an Admin of its General team.

No corporate domain is required. Webmail domains and subdomains, .gov, .mil, .edu, .int, .ac.in, country variants and many university domains cannot be attached — create an independent team without domain grouping instead. Limited .edu/.gov exceptions do not override university restrictions; contact sales if yours may qualify. If your domain is reserved for sales, even independent team creation is blocked: follow the banner to your sales or customer success representative.

The desktop independent-team path supports public email domains. If the web portal shows "Cannot create organization with a public domain", use a work domain.

Creating a team grants a 14-day trial if you have no active subscription, have never used a team trial and the organization allows trials. Longer existing trials are preserved, and an organization's pilot end date can replace the 14 days. After trial expiry, admins receive a grace-period email; members are removed after that grace period and empty teams are disbanded.

Warning: If you have already used your team trial, a new team without live billing gives you 24 hours of Flow Pro to add billing before it is disbanded. Disbanding removes members, pending invitations and join requests, releases domains, and cancels live subscriptions immediately without a refund unless period-end cancellation was already scheduled; configuration is retained.

Invitations entered during creation are sent as admin invitations. Auto-add appears only with an attached domain and defaults to on: new signups on that domain become seats billed at the next billing cycle.

  1. Sign in at admin.wisprflow.ai with the account that will own the workspace and billing.

  2. Enter invitation emails, or leave the fields blank to invite people later.

  3. Click Continue.

  4. Enter or edit the Team name; eligible domains prefill it, while subdomains and ineligible domains leave it blank.

  5. Clear the auto-add checkbox if you want manual seat control.

  6. Click Create.

A team name is required, and you cannot invite yourself. Creation sends the invitations; the result reports successful and failed invitations separately.

Change auto-add after creation

In web Settings → Organization, the auto-add label names your attached domain, or reads Automatically add new users from your email domains for multiple domains. Use See N domains to review them. With no attached domain, auto-add is absent; contact enterprise@wispr.ai to change domain linking.

Create a team on Mac or Windows

Desktop creation requires Flow Pro purchased through Stripe. Open Settings → Account → Team for the Members → Name flow, with the same domain-prefilled name and default-on auto-add behavior. If Team is absent, use the web portal; if an upgrade card appears instead, it opens Plans and Billing.

When Flow detects other users on your domain, they are preselected. Continue requires at least one selected user or a valid additional email; the blank-email flow allows no invitations.

Note: On desktop, a subscribed user with a pending invitation to a team without billing information sees an accept/decline card instead of team creation.

Choose Growth and pay

Active or trialing self-serve Pro and legacy Team subscriptions can upgrade in place; sales-led Enterprise is excluded. Past-due teams must clear the payment problem first. A team with live billing cannot start a second subscription.

Note: Buying Growth means accepting our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Addendum (DPA), linked on the Growth card and in the billing modal. Your acceptance is recorded with the subscription.

  1. Open Settings → Billing in the admin portal.

  2. Select Dictation and Notetaker or Dictation only on the Growth card.

  3. Choose Monthly or Annual when available; annual subscribers aren't offered a switch back to monthly.

  4. Click the Growth card's purchase button, or Upgrade for an eligible existing team.

New subscription: complete checkout

Stripe checkout opens for a new subscription. Its terms checkbox is required when shown, but checkout can proceed when it is absent.

  1. Review the seat count, first billing date and amount.

  2. Click Continue to Payment if Add billing information opens.

  3. Complete Stripe checkout, ticking the MSA and DPA terms checkbox if shown.

Existing subscription: confirm the upgrade

Eligible upgrades open Upgrade to Growth?, not Stripe checkout. The confirmation button stays disabled until you accept the terms.

  1. Review the plan and billing cycle in the dialog.

  2. Tick "I agree to the Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum".

  3. Click Upgrade to Growth.

The plan changes immediately, with "Successfully switched to Growth plan" confirming success. Rejected upgrades show the specific reason or "Failed to switch plan", not a checkout-start error.

Confirm Growth in Billing or desktop Plans and Billing. Checkout and receipts use the name Flow Growth; seat counts can briefly lag after purchase.

Checkout that adds billing information counts active billable members plus pending billable invitations, with a one-seat minimum; checkout without adding billing information has a five-seat minimum. Seat quantity cannot be changed in Stripe checkout, which accepts promotion codes and tax IDs. Campaign promotion codes separately exclude existing Pro/mobile subscribers, organization members and student-plan users.

Upgrades use the Growth price for your organization's currency and billing cycle. Switching cycles as part of an upgrade — Pro monthly to Growth annual, for example — is prorated: the unused remainder of the period you already paid for is credited against the new one.

With a remaining trial you pay $0 today and are charged when the first member's trial ends; otherwise billing starts immediately ("Billed today") and renews automatically on your selected term.

If Growth is missing or your current plan looks different

Growth purchase cards appear only when both options have monthly and annual prices in your currency; otherwise previous plan cards appear. Checkout cannot start if a price is unavailable for your option, cycle and currency.

In Billing, your current plan's card is marked Current plan and disabled; the separate Enterprise card offers Talk to sales. Paying Growth teams see no price or option picker, and the Notetaker feature line is omitted from that card.

Teams already subscribed to Growth keep their rate and cannot switch between the two Growth options or from annual to monthly here. If your organization can't upgrade itself, Billing explains why: sales-led and enterprise contracts are asked to contact sales, and organizations already on Growth are told the switch isn't supported.

Sales-led and grandfathered Enterprise plans retain the Enterprise label. The older $24/$30 per-seat offer is no longer sold, except in older app versions, which continue selling it until their next release. Those buyers become grandfathered customers; existing customers keep their rate and billing. A grandfathered Team subscription can appear on the Pro card with its price hidden.

Start from the desktop app

Existing teams below Growth see an upgrade card. Solo non-student Pro users see Invite teammates instead; Growth buyers must create a team first.

  1. Open Flow Settings → Account → Plans and Billing.

  2. Click Upgrade on the Upgrade to Flow Growth or Enterprise card.

  3. Expand Growth & Enterprise.

  4. Pick Dictation only or Dictation and unlimited Notetaker; Upgrade stays disabled until you choose an option.

  5. Follow the billing steps above in your browser.

Notetaker after purchase

Completing Growth checkout or an in-place upgrade turns Notetaker on for your organization automatically with either purchase option — no admin step is needed. This current offer covers new Growth buyers, including Dictation only; existing subscriptions do not receive it automatically. Activation can fail without preventing the purchase; contact support for help enabling Notetaker.

Note: If an admin has explicitly disabled Notetaker for your organization, it stays off after purchase. Check admin.wisprflow.ai under Settings → Organization and re-enable it with the admin toggle if it is available. The control is not guaranteed to appear for every Growth admin; contact support if it is absent.

If signup does not finish

The portal does not show team creation

The portal shows rejoining first when available, then Request to join team if a team exists on your domain; otherwise it opens creation. A pending portal request becomes Request sent and cannot be resent there.

Warning: Pro users on the portal's domain-team screen see: "If you join this team when it has no billing info, you will become the payer for the team." On desktop, active personal Pro subscribers see this before their initial join request in Settings → Team: "If this team does not have billing when you join, you will become the payer for the team."

Desktop offers Send request again after submission, but not after rejection. Resending can immediately add you to the team and show a success message.

If creation finds you already have a team, "You're already on a team. Redirecting..." opens your workspace.

Rejoin your previous team

Rejoining requires a previous active team without live billing, a used team trial, no current organization membership and no removal by an admin.

Warning: Rejoining makes you an Admin. Add billing within 24 hours or you'll be removed.

  1. Click Rejoin team in portal Get Started or desktop Settings → Team.

  2. Add billing using the steps above.

Confirm Growth after billing. Desktop rejoining can be refused if the team is no longer eligible; an unavailable message appears and the card disappears when subscription information refreshes.

Payment or plan status needs attention

In the web portal, past-due warnings show the access-end date when available. Scheduled cancellation shows the end date, or "the end of your billing period" if no date is available; access continues until then.

On Mac and Windows, the personal Pro past-due banner shows no date. Scheduled cancellation shows "Cancels {{date}}" on the Pro card.

Web admin portal

  1. Click Update Payment for a past-due subscription to open Stripe's billing portal, not checkout or a plan switch.

  2. Update the payment method.

Check Billing again before attempting the upgrade; a payment-method update alone does not confirm that the overdue balance is cleared.

For payment-method management or cancellation, admins use Manage Subscription in web Settings → Billing to open Stripe's billing portal.

Desktop personal Pro

  1. Click Update payment to open Payment Summary.

  2. Click Continue to Payment to open Stripe checkout.

  3. Complete payment, then check Plans and Billing.

The Pro card's Manage subscription opens Stripe's billing portal instead.

Checkout will not start or the desktop plan has not refreshed

In the web portal, if you see "Couldn't start checkout. Try again.", click the purchase button again. If checkout still does not open, contact support.

Desktop checkout closes automatically after Flow confirms the subscription change. If it stays open after payment, use the following steps.

  1. Click Finished paying? Click to refresh.

  2. Check for Growth in Plans and Billing.

  3. Retry once the previous refresh finishes if nothing changed.

That button appears after opening checkout or while Flow checks the purchase, and is disabled during a check. A retry does not guarantee an update.

The separate Plans and Billing header control, Click to refresh, can show "Please wait a moment before syncing again." Wait before retrying that control. Desktop errors differ from portal errors; for example, "Failed to refresh subscription. Please try again."

Still stuck?

Contact support with your platform, email domain, plan, the step you stopped at and what you tried if:

  • Team creation still fails after following the domain guidance, or an invite link returns an error your admin can't resolve. Follow any sales or customer success banner first.

  • "Failed to load your team. Please try again." persists after retrying; this occurs when creation finds an existing team but cannot load it.

  • Checkout still will not start after retrying, an upgrade fails, or checkout completes but your plan still shows the old tier. A completed purchase that cannot be linked to your account requires support.

  • "Failed to find your subscription. Please contact support." appears after web Manage Subscription or Update Payment; it means Stripe's billing portal could not open, not that checkout failed.
