How Do I Reset My Wispr Flow Password?
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Available on: Mac, Windows, iOS, Android
Forgot your Wispr Flow password? If you signed up with email, you can reset it in under a minute. If you use Google, Apple, Microsoft, or SSO to sign in, reset your password through that provider instead.
How to reset your password
Mac or Windows
The desktop app has no in-app password reset. Reset your password in a browser, then sign back in to the app.
Go to https://wisprflow.ai/login in your browser. You can also click Sign in via browser in the desktop app to open this page.
Click Forgot password below the sign-in fields.
Enter the email address associated with your Wispr Flow account, then submit.
Check your email for a reset message from Wispr Flow — you'll see a Password reset email sent confirmation on screen. Look in your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email within a minute.
Click Reset my password in the email.
Enter and confirm your new password (at least 8 characters), then click Reset password. Sign in with your new password to confirm it worked.
iOS
Request a reset link from the Flow app, then complete the reset in your browser.
Open the Flow app.
Tap More Options on the sign-in screen, then tap Continue with Email.
Enter your email address and tap Continue.
Tap Forgot password? below the Sign In button.
Submit the form. You'll see a Password reset email sent confirmation, then the app returns to the Sign In screen.
Open the email from Wispr Flow and tap the reset link.
Create a new password (at least 8 characters) following the on-screen steps, then return to the app and sign in.
Note: On iOS, Forgot password? only appears for existing email/password accounts. If your email is linked to Google, Apple, Microsoft, or SSO, the app shows a button to sign in with that provider instead of a password field. If you run into issues, you can also reset your password at https://wisprflow.ai/login.
Android
Request a reset link from the Flow app, then complete the reset in your browser.
Open the Flow app.
Enter your email address on the sign-in screen and tap Continue.
Tap Forgot password? below the password field.
Review the pre-filled email, then tap Send reset link.
Open the email from Wispr Flow and tap the reset link.
Create a new password (at least 8 characters), then tap Back to sign in to return to the app.
Tip: If you run into issues in the app, you can also reset your password at https://wisprflow.ai/login.
FAQs
I didn't receive the reset email
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Wispr Flow. If you still don't see it after a few minutes, request another reset link.
My reset link says expired or invalid
Reset links expire after a short period. Request a new reset email and use the link promptly after receiving it.
The link stopped working after I clicked it
Some corporate email systems scan links automatically, which can invalidate single-use reset links. Request a new reset email from a personal email account, or reset your password directly at https://wisprflow.ai/login.
My email is registered with a different provider
If your email is already linked to a Google, Apple, Microsoft, or SSO account, you can't sign in with a password. Flow will tell you at sign-in and direct you to your original provider.
I see an error after requesting multiple reset emails
If you request too many password resets in a short period, further attempts are temporarily blocked and you'll see a "Too many attempts — please try again later" message. Wait a few minutes before trying again.
My new password was rejected
Wispr Flow requires passwords to be at least 8 characters long. Make sure your password meets this minimum length and try again.
Will I be signed out of other devices?
Yes. After you reset your password, existing sessions are signed out across your devices, and you'll need to sign in again with your new password. In rare cases a session may remain active — if that happens, sign out manually from that device.
