Contact support, share feedback or report a transcript

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Available on: Mac, Windows, iOS and Android.

For app errors, billing, account or data help, choose Report an issue. Share feedback is for ideas, feature requests or praise. Both create a support request. Transcript reports flag recognition or formatting problems.

Contact support or send feedback

Sign in to use these forms. If you can't sign in, see Get help before sign-in or after a crash below.

Platform

Open the form

Mac and Windows

Flow sidebar → Help → Get in touch → Talk to support.

iPhone

Menu → Talk to Support, or Account → Get in touch.

Android

Home-screen drawer → Report an issue or Share feedback.

  1. Choose Report an issue or Share feedback.

  2. Select a request type for issues: Issue (the desktop default), Billing, or Account & Data Management (Account management on mobile). Feedback has no request type.

  3. Describe what happened and what you expected; text is required, up to 10,000 characters on desktop.

  4. Attach an image if useful, or for a desktop discount request. Desktop and Android accept one PNG, JPEG/JPG, BMP or WebP image up to 10 MB; the X (Remove image) removes it. iPhone forms are text-only.

  5. Select Send message (desktop) or Send (mobile). Cmd+Enter or Ctrl+Enter also sends on desktop.

Note: Signed-in messages use your account email and attach diagnostics for you: on desktop, logs, preferences when small enough, your form selections and system details such as device architecture, time zone and app version; on iPhone, logs, available keyboard diagnostics, app and device details, and time zone.

Billing discount requests on desktop

Choosing Billing reveals Discount Request: No discount (default), Education (not student), Student, Non-Profit, Military, Senior Citizen, or Accessibility Support.

Any choice other than No discount requires a verification image. Submitting without one sends nothing and shows "Please attach verification details for discount eligibility confirmation". Attaching an image clears the error.

Report an incorrect transcript

Warning: Only report transcripts you are comfortable sharing with Wispr. Depending on what is still saved, a report can include raw and formatted text, pasted results, retained audio, language selection, app and device details, and logs. Wispr retains reported dictations and can use them to train and evaluate its models, whatever your Improve the model for everyone setting.

Find the dictation in History or the home-screen transcript list on the device where you recorded it.

Platform

Open the report

Mac and Windows

In History, select the dictation's flag (Send feedback).

iPhone

Long-press the History entry and select Report, or use Report in the playback or detail menu.

Android

Select Report on the transcript card, including on failed cards.

  1. Describe what you said, what Flow produced and what was wrong. Desktop and Android require text; iPhone comments are optional.

  2. Select Send feedback (desktop) or Send (mobile).

Android transcript reports have no request-type category. iPhone can send without stored audio and notes that it's missing.

Desktop: stored dictations, audio and replies

The dictation must still be stored on this device. Never store, whether you chose it or your organization requires it, disables History and leaves no entries to report.

Audio is available for about 14 days; older reports go without audio. If retained audio exceeds the report size limit, the report fails rather than sending without it.

Desktop reports may also include edited text, the timestamp and accessibility text from the app. These reports are one-way; the dialog directs you to the Help Center if you'd like a reply.

Android: what the report includes

Android uploads the transcript and includes raw, formatted and pasted text, the audio filename, transcription status, selected dictation languages, device make/model and architecture, app version and time zone. The transcript list and report screen block screenshots and screen recordings.

Crash and log reports from Android identify you only by your account id — no email, name or network address. Include your account email in the message you write so support can match the report to your account.

Report a Notetaker note or line (Mac and Windows)

Cloud Sync must be on. Both report types open the same dialog: Report This Note for a whole note, or Report This Line From Your Note, which quotes the line under the title.

Note: Submitting lets Wispr review meeting data to diagnose issues and use anonymized meeting data to improve its products. Wispr won't use this data for model training unless you've chosen to share data for model improvement.

  1. Choose … → Report on the note's row (hover the row to reveal the … menu), or select a transcript line's Send feedback flag.

  2. Select an Issue type from the table below; it is required.

  3. Describe the problem in the box marked "What went wrong?"; text is required.

  4. Select Send feedback, or Cancel to close without reporting. Success shows Report sent!; select Done. Failed to send report keeps the form open so you can retry there.

Report

Issue type options

Whole note

Missing data or stuck processing; Summary quality; Speaker labels; Notifications; Auto-stop; Other.

Transcript line

Important word transcribed incorrectly; Name transcribed incorrectly; Wrong language; Other.

The line flag appears for non-empty, undeleted lines when you're not editing, and reporting doesn't require transcript-editing access. Deleted lines can't be reported; restore the line first. A line report captures the wording shown when you select the flag, so later edits don't replace it, and a translated line reports the speaker's original-language words rather than the translation.

If a message doesn't send

Mac and Windows

Feedback sent! confirms delivery. The contact form closes and clears either way, so reopening gives you an empty form.

A failure shows "Couldn't send feedback, but we copied it to your clipboard to try again." Flow copies only the message text, never the image, and copying can fail. An unsupported image instead closes the dialog without sending or showing an error.

  1. Reopen the contact form.

  2. Paste the saved text, or retype it if your clipboard is empty.

  3. Reattach a supported image, or omit it unless discount verification requires it.

  4. Select Send message again.

An empty message shows "Please enter a message"; typing clears it. Selecting several files shows "Maximum 1 file allowed." and oversized ones show "Total file size exceeds 10MB limit." — choose one image within the limit.

Desktop sends one contact message at a time across both tabs and one History report at a time; extra History submissions are ignored while one is sending. Too many submissions can also trigger the generic failure message.

iPhone

A successful send shows a confirmation and closes the Talk to Support or transcript form. Failures display an error; send again.

Android

Sending continues if you leave the screen or background Flow, and the result appears wherever you are when you return. Success clears the draft and closes the form; failure keeps your text. Successes older than five minutes aren't announced, but failures always are.

Reopening a form that is still sending shows it empty and locked with a notice such as "Still sending your last issue report." An issue report and a feedback message can send at the same time, as can reports for different transcripts, but within one visit to the screen both tabs share an image and sending from either locks both.

Android rejects an image when you select it if it is unsupported, oversized or unreadable: "Image format not supported. Please use PNG, JPEG, BMP, or WebP.", "Image too large. Max size is 10MB." or "Could not read image. Please try again." If the image becomes unreadable or too large before sending, Flow removes it, keeps your text and shows "Couldn't read your image, so nothing was sent." There is no automatic retry:

  1. Attach a supported image, or leave the attachment empty.

  2. Select Send again.

"Couldn't sync that transcription, so your report wasn't sent." leaves the transcript-report form open with your draft.

On iPhone and Android, if the transcript itself cannot upload, the report wasn't sent; try again.

Get help before sign-in or after a crash

Before sign-in on desktop

The dedicated Help form, Send a message to the Flow team, sends your name, email, message, optional image and system details, but not app logs.

Important: If the two-tab contact dialog opens while you're signed out, it doesn't send your message to support, even if it shows "Feedback sent!" Use the Help form that asks for your name and email, or email support.

  1. Open Help on the desktop login or account-creation screen.

  2. Enter your name, email and message; all three are required, and missing details block sending with "Name and email are required".

  3. Attach an image with Upload image if useful: one image up to 3 MB in PNG, JPEG, BMP, TIFF, WebP, HEIC or HEIF. Other types are rejected before sending.

  4. Select Send message.

Crash and startup messages on desktop

If you see "Flow hit a snag," choose Restart Flow or Contact support, which opens an email with the subject "Flow Desktop Error." The Contact us action on startup, storage and sign-in warnings opens the in-app form instead.

For "Flow is having trouble loading" or "Flow is having trouble starting":

  1. Select Restart Flow.

  2. Select Contact us if Flow still won't load or start.

Still need help?

Follow up in the support email thread — the forms don't track ticket status.

If a form is unavailable, email support@wisprflow.ai with:

  • Your platform, device, the exact error, steps to reproduce, expected versus actual behavior, and what you already tried.

  • For transcription problems: the incorrect wording and your microphone setup.

  • For "Flow is having trouble loading": any security software you run and where you installed Flow from on Windows.

Also email when an error tells you to contact support without offering a form — failed messages or invitations, subscription help, or an account too large to export. For that last case, ask support for a copy of your data.
