What you get

Flow Enterprise

Sales-assisted, custom contract

Everything in Growth, plus the enterprise add-ons listed below.

What Enterprise adds to Growth

  • Enforced Zero Data Retention

  • MDM deployment support

  • Audit logs

  • SCIM provisioning

  • Free IT Admin seats

Important: A corporate email domain is required. Teams cannot be created with public email providers (e.g., gmail.com, yahoo.com) or with .gov, .mil, .edu, or .int domains. A narrow allowlist of specific .edu and .gov domains is supported, contact sales if your domain may qualify.

How to sign up

Contact sales for Flow Enterprise

  1. Go to admin.wisprflow.ai and sign in.

  2. Open Settings → Billing and select the Enterprise card.

  3. Click the contact link on the Enterprise card to reach the Wispr sales team.

You can also start at wisprflow.ai/talk-to-sales. A representative follows up to configure SSO, SCIM, audit logs, custom contracts, and pricing.

Join a multi-team enterprise (Team Picker)

If your organization has multiple teams and you haven't been assigned to one, a Team Picker screen appears during onboarding. Selecting a team is required and cannot be skipped.

  1. Select a team from the list on the Team Picker screen.

  2. Confirm your selection to continue setup.

With cost-center billing, teams are grouped by cost center with a billing contact shown for each group.

Join via a team invite link

An invite link from a team admin lets you join directly, with no email invitation. Invite-link joiners always get the Member role.

  1. Click the invite link shared by your admin.

  2. Sign in to Wispr Flow, or sign up if you don't have an account.

Note: If your enterprise has reached its seat cap, the invite link fails. Contact your admin if you see an error.

FAQs

What is the difference between the "Growth" and "Enterprise" plan labels?

The label reflects how your plan was purchased. Self-serve Business organizations are labeled Growth; organizations set up through Wispr's sales team are labeled Enterprise. Solo users on Pro see Pro.

How does user management work with SCIM?

With SCIM active, all user management goes through your identity provider's directory sync: the "Add new user" button and the join request Approve/Deny, Remove, and Revoke controls are hidden. Deactivating SCIM re-enables manual user management automatically.

SCIM-provisioned users receive a distinct enterprise-invite email noting they authenticated via SSO.

Note: SCIM requests that would exceed your seat cap are skipped; the user is not added and no invitation is sent. On an unexpected error, a manual invitation email is sent instead. Re-provisioning an existing member does not count against your seat cap.

Does SSO enforcement require an active subscription?

Yes. SSO enforcement deactivates if your subscription lapses and is restored with it. When active, it blocks all non-SSO sign-in methods (email/password, Google, Apple) for users in your domain.

What org-level admin policies are enforced on members?

These policy settings are enforced on member devices:

  • Zero Data Retention (ZDR): Active if ZDR or the ZDR lock is set; Privacy Mode is then locked on for all members.

  • Allow data sharing: Controls whether members' data can be used for model-training and sharing purposes.

  • HIPAA BAA signed: Indicates the organization's HIPAA Business Associate Agreement is in place.

  • Local data-retention policy: Store normally, delete after 24 hours, or never store, forced on members' devices.

  • Allow cloud sync: Admins can disable cloud sync for members independently of ZDR.

Is MDM deployment supported?

Yes. Your sales or customer success representative can help you set it up.

How does the shared team dictionary work?

Team plans have a shared dictionary that applies to all members automatically during transcription, including word replacements.

It requires an active or trialing Team/Business subscription plus enterprise membership. A canceled, past-due, paused, incomplete, or unpaid subscription turns it off, and Pro or Student plans never qualify. If eligibility is lost through logout or a plan change, all shared team words are purged from the local dictionary.

Duplicate checks span both vocabulary words and snippets, and the same word can exist in both your personal and team dictionaries. On iOS, the shared team word list shows plain vocabulary words only; deleted items, snippets, and entries with a replacement value are excluded. Android excludes snippet entries from both personal and team syncs, and caches plan and enterprise status with your sign-in state, so a mid-session upgrade or downgrade may not appear until you sign out and back in or your session refreshes.

Still stuck?

Contact support with your email domain, plan, and the step where you stopped if:

  • Your domain is blocked or reserved for sales and you're not sure which.

  • Your contract is signed but your plan still shows the old tier.

  • An invite link returns an error your admin can't resolve.

  • "Failed to load your team. Please try again." persists after retrying.
