Try Flow in your apps (iOS post-onboarding experience)

If Flow shows an "Almost there!" card on your home screen and won't type in your apps, the keyboard still needs Full Access. Granting it takes under a minute.

Finish keyboard setup (Full Access)

Until Full Access is granted, the home (History) screen shows an "Almost there!" card with the subtitle "To use Flow, allow Full Access in your Keyboard Settings."

  1. Tap Finish setup on the "Almost there!" card.

  2. Read the privacy screen ("Flow cares about privacy. Your data is safe."), then continue.

  3. Tap Go to Settings and grant Full Access in your iOS Keyboard settings.

  4. Return to Flow. The setup screen closes on its own once Flow detects the keyboard is installed with Full Access — that's your confirmation it worked.

Note: Home-screen cards, including "Almost there!", appear only after you grant microphone access. The microphone prompt lives in the stats carousel on the home screen.

Working with your transcript history

  • Swipe a transcript row to report/flag it (opens a feedback screen), retry it ("Retrying transcription"), copy it ("Transcript copied to clipboard"), delete it ("Transcript deleted"), or play its audio where available.

  • Tap the info button on today's section header to open the transcripts info popover.
