CRED Promotion: 10 months of Flow Pro free

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Available on: Browser for the CRED claim; Mac and Windows for the desktop steps below. Individual plans only.

Got a Flow Pro reward code from CRED? Claiming attaches a pending offer without changing your plan. For promos redeemed through checkout, free Pro time starts only after checkout completes.

Eligibility

You must be signed in to claim a code.

  • Subscriptions: Claiming and checkout are blocked by active, paused, past-due or trialing subscriptions, plans awaiting cancellation at period end, and active App Store or Google Play subscriptions. A fully ended paid subscription does not block a claim.

  • Account type: Enterprise-managed and student accounts cannot redeem promos, at claim or at checkout; extended student trials use a separate offer. Team members are blocked when enterprise-managed or holding a current subscription.

  • Promotions: A previously redeemed promo blocks another code; entering a second pending code replaces the first. Promo trials do not stack with other promo codes or affiliate discounts: checkout disables additional code entry and skips saved affiliate discounts.

  • Email: The reward is tied to the account email used to claim it. Signing in with another address will not show it, and there is no self-service transfer.

  • Timing: Check the CRED offer page for your code's expiry date; some campaigns have no expiry. Trials run 1–365 days.

Claim your code

Claim the offer on the CRED offer page in your browser, not inside the Wispr Flow app.

  1. Open the CRED offer page and tap Claim your offer.

  2. Enter the email address you will use to sign in to Wispr Flow.

  3. Enter your reward code (1–80 characters, not blank); capitalization and surrounding spaces do not matter.

  4. Tap Get Flow Pro. Repeated rapid attempts can be temporarily limited.

Web claims carry over to desktop without re-entering the code. When you open the desktop app, it checks for the offer at most once every 10 minutes; it skips that check for subscribed, Pro, student or enterprise-managed accounts.

Entering a code on Mac or Windows

For codes accepted in-app, the field appears for any non-subscribed account, including Basic, trial, team and student accounts. Account restrictions still apply when you select Apply.

  1. Open Flow's Settings → Plans and Billing.

  2. Expand Add promo code at the bottom of the page.

  3. Enter your code in Type here.

  4. Select Apply, or press Enter.

After success or failure, the code is read-only; failures show a message below it. Select the X labeled Remove promo code to clear the field and retype. Reopening Add promo code also clears the displayed result.

Apply is disabled while the field is blank or an attempt is running.

Complete redemption and verify your trial

Important: The sidebar offer says “Enter payment info to redeem. No charge until your trial ends.” Paid billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel first through Plans and Billing → Manage subscription.

Checkout can continue without the promo if the offer cannot be retrieved. Check that the trial terms match your offer before completing checkout; stop if the offer is missing.

  1. Open Settings → Plans and Billing, or select Redeem now on “Claim your {duration} of Pro”.

  2. Complete checkout with payment details to activate the trial.

  3. Check Plans and Billing for “Your Pro trial ends in {count} day(s)” on Mac and Windows.

Your trial length reflects the days granted by your code.

Where the pending offer appears

The trial card shows “🎁 {attribution} — applied when you upgrade”; subscribed users do not see the suffix. In the plan comparison, only Pro shows the attribution with a gift icon, without the emoji or suffix.

The offer supplies the wording, or it defaults to “Enjoy {duration} free from {source}”.

If your code is refused

Message

Meaning

Code not valid

See the possible causes below.

This offer has ended

The campaign is paused, ended, archived or expired.

This code has reached its limit

The code or campaign is used up; some codes are single-use.

You already have a promo applied

See the promotion restriction in Eligibility.

Promo codes can't be used on an active subscription

The subscription restriction in Eligibility applies.

Promo codes aren't available on team accounts

See the account-type restrictions in Eligibility.

Promo codes can't be used with a student plan

See the account-type restrictions in Eligibility.

Possible causes of “Code not valid”

“Code not valid” can mean an unknown or deactivated code, an offer that has not started, an offer setup error (including trials over 365 days), a connection failure, an invalid submission or any other unrecognized failure.

Some codes and campaigns have no redemption limit.

A pending offer that expires, is paused or deactivated, or reaches its limit disappears from the app and returns if it becomes valid again. Completing redemption clears it.

Still on the free plan on desktop?

Note: The refresh control is disabled while refreshing. Allow 10 seconds from the start of your previous attempt in this app session; earlier retries show “Please wait a moment before syncing again.”

  1. Confirm checkout completed with the offer.

  2. Confirm you are signed in with the exact email you entered when claiming.

  3. Open Settings → Plans and Billing.

  4. Select the circular-arrow control beside the title, with tooltip Click to refresh.

“Your plan is up to date with your account.” confirms the refresh succeeded, even if nothing changed. If the trial appears, you're done. If the free plan remains, quit and reopen Flow, then check Plans and Billing again.

If refreshing shows an error

“Sign in to sync your subscription.” and “Could not refresh your sign-in. Try again or sign out and back in.” leave your plan unchanged.

  1. Follow the sign-in instruction in the message.

  2. Refresh again and check your plan.

“Could not load subscription from the server. Nothing was changed.”, “Could not sync. Nothing was changed.” and “Something went wrong. Nothing was changed.” mean your plan was not changed — try again later.

“Could not confirm your subscription. Your current access is unchanged.” means your existing paid access was kept. Refresh will not change paid access to free, even after a subscription ends; free-to-trial or paid upgrades can still update the displayed plan.

The free plan can also reflect a canceled, unpaid or expired subscription rather than an outdated display. Paused or incomplete subscriptions can leave the previous plan showing.

Past-due payments keep paid access displayed; non-team accounts see a past-due banner with an update-payment button.

Still stuck?

Email support@wisprflow.ai with your reward code, the email you claimed with, your platform and device, and what you tried if:

  • You still see the free plan an hour after completing the steps above.

  • You claimed with the wrong email address — include both addresses.

  • Your code is refused because of an account or subscription restriction listed in Eligibility.

Plans and Billing also has a billing FAQ; its Contact us link opens a sales form, not support.
