Zepto Promotion: 3 months of Flow Pro free
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Available on: Mac and Windows, individual plans only. Claim the offer on the Zepto offer page in your browser, not in the Wispr Flow app.
Got a Flow Pro reward code from a Zepto scratch card? It grants 3 months of Flow Pro free. If your plan still shows Free, check your offer and activation status below.
Eligibility
Team and Enterprise members: Not eligible — "Promo codes aren't available on team accounts". Upgrade attempts open team billing, not personal Pro checkout.
Student accounts: Not eligible, including at checkout — "Promo codes can't be used with a student plan".
Current subscriptions: Active, paused, past-due or trialing Stripe subscriptions, active App Store/Play Store subscriptions, and subscriptions scheduled to cancel at period end block redemption — "Promo codes can't be used on an active subscription". Fully canceled or expired subscriptions do not block it. Existing active subscriptions also block checkout.
One promotion per account: A previously redeemed promotion blocks another — "You already have a promo applied". Promotions cannot be combined: campaign checkout disables the promotion-code box and does not apply stored affiliate discounts.
Mobile-created accounts: Accounts created in the iOS or Android app cannot receive this promotion — contact support with your code and email address.
These are desktop messages; wording may differ on other surfaces.
Claim your code
Claim windows vary and may have an expiry date; check your Zepto offer page.
Note: Use the same email to claim and sign in; capitalization does not matter. A different address will not show the reward. If your account does not exist yet, sign up with that email. You cannot move the reward yourself; contact support with your code and both addresses if you used the wrong email.
Open the Zepto offer page.
Tap Claim your offer.
Enter the email address you will use to sign in to Wispr Flow.
Enter your reward code.
Tap Get Flow Pro.
Entering an eligible campaign code on desktop
Claim on the Zepto offer page. The desktop app accepts eligible campaign codes, but whether a Zepto code works there is unconfirmed. The promo field appears only when you are not already subscribed.
Open Settings → Plans and Billing.
Expand Add promo code at the bottom.
Enter the code.
Select Apply or press Enter.
Codes ignore capitalization and leading/trailing spaces, and cannot exceed 80 characters. Successful application refreshes the pending offer on the plan cards. Remove promo code clears the entry so you can type another code; it does not undo a completed redemption.
If a code is rejected
Campaign or code restrictions can also prevent redemption:
Desktop message | Meaning |
This offer has ended | The campaign expired or is inactive. |
This code has reached its limit | The campaign or code reached its redemption limit; codes can be single-use. |
Code not valid | The code is unknown or deactivated, the campaign has not started, or its setup is invalid. |
Campaign trials cannot exceed 365 days; offers configured above that limit are invalid.
Activate and check your offer
Applying a campaign code saves an offer for your next checkout; it does not immediately grant Pro. Plans and Billing shows the campaign's message, such as "Enjoy <N months/days> free from <source name>", with "— applied when you upgrade" on an unsubscribed trial card.
Important: This promotion's no-card and automatic-return terms are unconfirmed. Campaign-code checkout can request payment information and charges nothing during the trial, then renews and bills unless canceled. Confirm the terms before entering payment information. Cancel through the Stripe billing portal before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Cancellation takes effect at period end; already-paid access continues until then.
Open Settings → Plans and Billing.
Start an upgrade.
Check that checkout includes your promotional trial.
Complete checkout to activate the promotional trial days.
A pending offer can disappear or be omitted at checkout if it expires, is deactivated, reaches a redemption limit, or cannot be loaded. Checkout can continue without it. Once redeemed, the offer is no longer pending.
Flow updates the plan automatically after checkout and shows an upgrade-complete notification; restarting is not required.
If a browser claim is missing in Flow
Offers claimed before launch or sign-in are picked up when Flow restores your sign-in or you sign in.
If you claimed while Flow was open, showing the Flow hub can pick up the offer without restarting. This check runs at most once every 10 minutes after the last offer check, including sign-in. It is skipped while signed out, when Flow already has an offer, or when the app shows a subscribed, Pro, student, team or Enterprise account.
The "Claim your {duration} of Pro" sidebar card opens Plans and Billing. It is hidden for team members, Pro/already-subscribed users, and offers with no trial days.
Activation takes up to 48 hours after you submit your email and code; your account may show Free until then, and no confirmation email is sent.
An unsubscribed individual Pro trial shows Pro Trial in the sidebar and Your Pro trial ends in {count} day(s) in Plans and Billing. A subscribed Pro trial shows Pro in the sidebar and the Flow Pro plan card instead of the countdown. Longer promotional trials display their own remaining-day count.
A 14-day countdown is the standard trial, so the promotion has not landed yet — wait out the 48 hours, then refresh your plan.
After the promotion
Once a subscription is fully canceled, Flow returns to Free in Plans and Billing, with no sidebar plan pill. Your dictionary, snippets, and settings are kept. Free desktop dictation has a weekly word limit that resets Sunday, 12 a.m. PT.
Refresh your plan after 48 hours
Confirm you are signed in with your claim email.
Open Settings → Plans and Billing.
Select the circular-arrow button beside the title, labelled Click to refresh.
"Your plan is up to date with your account." confirms a successful refresh, not necessarily a plan change. If Pro appears, stop. If it still shows Free, quit and reopen Flow, then check Plans and Billing again.
A refresh can take several seconds. Wait for it to finish and allow 10 seconds from the previous attempt's start before retrying; otherwise you see "Please wait a moment before syncing again."
If refreshing fails
A failed refresh never removes access you already have. For "Sign in to sync your subscription.", sign in before retrying.
For "Could not refresh your sign-in. Try again or sign out and back in.":
Retry refreshing after the 10-second wait.
Sign out if the same message returns.
Sign in again with your claim email.
Refresh from Plans and Billing again.
Other failures also leave access unchanged: "Could not load subscription from the server. Nothing was changed.", "Could not confirm your subscription. Your current access is unchanged.", "Something went wrong. Nothing was changed." and "Could not sync. Nothing was changed."
If the error returns or your plan remains unchanged, contact support.
Still stuck?
Contact support if your plan still shows Free after 48 hours and these steps, an eligibility restriction blocks redemption, or you claimed with the wrong email. Include your reward code, claim email, platform, device, error message, and the steps you tried.
